Mashups are cool and allow you to test out many of the new Web services available. Over the years I have thrown together a few Mashups to see how different platforms like Facebook work or to see which mapping technologies is the best.
Keep up w/ the Jones! - Is RockStarApps first Facebook application that uses the Zillow.com api to pull house price information for a Facebook users home. Users then can compare their house price verus their friends. The application also plots the house location on a Virtual Earth Map.
Map Compare! - allows you to evaulate which mapping technologies is best. All three maps are locked together so panning, zooming and changing map types will effect all maps the same. You can also use the tab pane to try out various map features like; markers, popups as well.
TruDat! - Is a simple to use Mashup that allows you to sort through the data supplied by trulia.com to find the house you want. TruDat also incoporates a images from flickr.com.
Send me a pic! - Allows you to search Flickr's database and create Mobile Phone Wallpapers out of any photo you want. That's right, every photo in the Flickr database can be a Wallpaper for your phone. Try it out, it is easy as See It, Size It, Send It!
Mygeo - Desktop style map mashup, allows users to create and share collections of labeled locations.
