Users can select JavaScript and CSS Styles that have been put into the HTML and export those to separate files. 
Once either the "Export Script to File... or Export Style to File... menus are click a wizard will popup that giving users a chance to select the file locations. If the file already exists with the same name or you want to append the content to an existing file. Check the "Append ???? content to file" checkbox.
The result of the action is the embedded script or style will be replaced with a reference to the exported file.
